Arrived post mid night and i was told that there are no rooms available as the latest check in time is 2300 hrs, after a lot if arguements, i was allotted a room, no hot water in the morning and the staff was very very rude

The hotel is possibly your best bet near Tinsukia. To start off let me highlight the downsides. Location is too far off and you are left cut off from the city. Staff is negligent to mask use though they did use masks while visiting our rooms when we alerted them. Rooms are large. Villa is definitely recommended. The property is surrounded by tea estates and you can walk into them throughout the day. Food is moderately good. Staff is polite and well-***nered
