The hotel has great potential, which it fails to realize. The staff is completely untrained and awkward in dealing with foreigners, speaks absolutely no English, and is not very attentive. However, this is not the staff's fault, but rather the fault of poor management. The hotel is in a great location, but it would benefit from more comfortable furniture (the restaurant and terrace tables only have uncomfortable wooden chairs). Unfortunately, it's not a place to linger. The lighting in the evening is harsh and neon-like. The restaurant closes as early as 7 pm. The food is really bad compared to other restaurants or street food stalls. The interior decor is actually nice, but it feels lifeless. A few plants would significantly improve the atmosphere. The price-performance ratio (140 euros per night) is completely unacceptable. We found it so bad that we only stayed one night instead of the two we had booked, even though the booking was non-refundable. Our conclusion: All show and no substance.

There are dead rats in the pool. The downstairs smells a bit bad. It's a hot country, but it would be better if it was cleaner.👍👍
I want more flexibility in my food. I don't want to eat it when I see it being warmed up from the freezer.🙃😥
