В целом отель был на высоте. Номер хорошо оборудован. Шумоизоляция, за исключением, входных дверей на очень высокой уровне, но учитывая небольшое количество номеров, шум от входных дверей особого дискомфорта не создавал. Самой большой проблемой оказался громадный недочет в дизайне номера, а именно кондиционер, который бы расположен непосредственно над входной дверью и дул прямо на кровать. Чтобы я не делал, спрятаться от него было невозможно и пришлось на ночь его просто выключить. Из-за этого ночью я просыпался от жары, которая стояла в номере. В общем дизайнеров, которые принимают такие «решения», лучше гнать до того, как они что-то сделают. В остальном все ок. Wi-Fi работал отлично, с завтраком тоже все хорошо. В общем хороший отель, но в некоторых номерах возникают нюансы.

Great hotel with spacious room and very welcoming and helpful staff. They will go out of their way to help you. the breakfast was delicous and offered in room service. The bar bar was well stocked and coffee is fresha nd tasty. Free fast internet and parking. Bonus English speaking staff.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, in easy reach of the main areas, a quiet road, and all rooms on the ground floor. Reception and staff helpful and a made to order breakfast. This is an ideal hotel for a shirt break or taking someone special to Kharkiv.

There is a very cheap furniture and bad equipment at the bathroom, the toilet seat is in very bad condition and the sink and faucet are moving. Also there’s at the bathroom slippery floor and when it’s a little bit wet there is a danger of slipping. The breakfast is very poor, it seems like a child made it.

Отель Миракс Сапфир Бутик в Харькове входит в пятерку моих любимых отелей в этом городе. В этот раз останавливался в стандарте. Номер просторный, со всем необходимым для хорошего отдыха и работы, за исключением удобного расположения розеток как возле стола, так и кровати. В стоимость входит завтрак (несколько блюд на выбор, которые можно заказать в номер на определенное время). Парковка находится на прилегающей территории. Мне все нравится. Рекомендую.
