Проживали в отеле в июле 2021 года с семьей ( 4 человека), номер выбрали категории люкс. Номер просторный, чистый. При бронировании просили разложить диван, что было сделано. В ванной комнате были все принадлежности и полотенца , в достаточном количестве. В номере есть небольшой холодильник, сейф. Но разочаровал ЗАВТРАК. Заявлен был завтрак по системе « шведский стол», но это было полное разочарование. Извините, но можно сделать более разнообразным и полезным, без майонеза на овощах 😞. Летали мухи и было неприятно находится в помещении.

Поселили в вонючем подвале и пытались взять как за полноценный номер. После разбора ситуации номер заменили на улучшеный стандарт и дали сдачу. Везде телепаются провода, отель не достроен. Мошенники, заказывать только через booking.
