Отель стильный, номер не маленький, есть где развернуться. Всё очень аккуратное, чисто везде и всё новенькое. Приветливый персонал. Завтраки входят хорошие, порции нормальные. Расположение отеля удачное. Единственное - не поняли, как открывать окна на проветривание и гоняли в номере воздух от кондиционера.

Hotel room was nice,
food was good, restaurant service good,
no daily room cleaning, was charged for dry cleaning even though the room was only cleaned and serviced once in a four day stay, charged for water which I didn’t take from mini bar.
no receipt for any extra charges.
Overall the hotel was good, just let down by poor cleaning service who seemed lazy. Pity as I’d probably would have used this hotel again as it was not a bad location for tram to city and store next door, unlikely to book again unless a good deal comes up.
