貌似多年前的森林度假村，樹林裏面，環境優美。
前台服務員有個女士，既不懂英語，還分別以週末、住宿未超過三天等為由，不給我們辦理俄羅斯國家要求提供的住宿註冊紙，對國人不友好。
攜程不應該引入此等酒店，給中國人可能帶來很大問題。雖然絕大多數酒店都不要提供了前一天的住宿註冊證明，畢竟我們也曾碰到極個別ibis之類的酒店，如果沒有還是無法入住。

偏僻了點，風景很好；辦個年會和團建比較適合，度假村性質，小孩夏天應該很喜歡；價格相對親民；有露台，可以抽煙

該酒店周邊有大片森林，風景非常好，安保非常嚴格，前台保安yury非常負責任，餐廳早餐品種不是很多但是也挺好的了。一樓前台大廳非常寬敞大氣，有商務座椅給人聊天，一樓也有餐廳。但是酒店周邊沒有任何超市飯店之類，居於森林裏麪。
唯一不足的地方就是單人間的房間太小了，床是靠牆擺放的，一米五寬大概，體型稍微胖點的話在洗手間都週轉不開，洗手間空間也很狹小，單人間房間有陽台可以在陽台看風景透氣。

地理位置優越，交通方便，距離地鐵口很近，幾分鐘就可以到達，周邊吃飯也方便，衞生條件比較好，打掃乾淨，環境特別好，園林式酒店，前台及房間服務很熱情周到，早餐不錯，性價比很高，值得推薦入住！

Прекрасное место для семейного отдыха, комфортные и уютные условия для отдыхающих. Отдыхали в новогодние каникулы: территория большая с прокатом лыж, санок и тп(лыжная трасса), все зоны очищены от снега и наледи; разнообразное и вкусное питание; номера и общие зоны ухоженные - чистота и уют; в течение дня развлекательные программы для взрослых и детей, вечерняя программа на высшем уровне: живая музыка, конкурсы, интерактивы. Персонал отеля по всем сферам деятельности большие профессионалы: доброжелательны, с позитивным настроем. Хочется высказать организаторам и персоналу слова благодарности за организацию прекрасного отдыха! Рекомендую данный отель для отдыха!

Побывали на выходных с семьёй в отеле Планерное. Нам все понравилось. Природа прекрасная, в отеле чисто, персонал вежливый, еда качественная. Номер просторный и чистый. Для детей есть анимация, для взрослых вечерами живая музыка. Можно взять на прокат велосипеды, самокаты, ракетки, удочки и ещё много всего. Банный комплекс отличный! Обязательно приедем ещё раз.

Спасибо Вам за гостеприимство и доброжелательность! Видна работа истинных профессионалов, которые отдают душу и сердце своему делу. Как в сказке, можно встретиться с волшебной свадьбой, молодежным квестом, необычным днем рожденья, и детским утренником, где подготовлено все со вкусом и мечтой.
