Cox berbat tecrubemiz oldu bu otelle. 3 aile ge**ishdik Gece saatlarinda bir deste ickili adamlar restoranda ses kuy saldilar. Sonra cole cixib ad gunu qeyd e**eye bashladilar. defelerle yaxinlashib aile ve ushag oldugunu nezere almaqlarini xahish etdik. Gece saat 1e qeder hec kesi nezere almaqdan qadinli kishili qishqira qishqira eylendiler. Otelin tehlukesizliyine shikayet etdikde, dediler ki Otelin sahibinin oglunun dostlaridi, biz hec ne ede bilmerik. Bu qeder ozbashinaliq bashqa bir otelde gormemishdim.

Ужасный отель(хотя и новый корпус),ужасный сервис,грязные и неоконченный ремонт в номерах,скудный завтрак,грязные столы,у персонала за завтраком ни перчаток,ни масок...! А оленей очень жалко,кровоточат,им срезают рога и не обрабатывают раны,очень больно смотреть, жалкий вид и у животных в зоопарке Хотите потрепать нервы,вам сюда! Можно оооччеень долго перечислять недостатки,но нет желания всё вспоминать. Исключение беседки в лесу,там парни старались.

The Playgrounds for kids are very expensive. Zoo does not worth to visit. Restaurants are also expensive though delicious. Serving personnel are very rude. Overall our experience was not satisfactory.

No hot water in room during 2 nights stay. Asked reception ,and the answer was to keep water running for 10 minutes before hot water will start to flow :) Waited for half an hour and got slightly warm water. Indoor swimming pool is old and just ok. Luckily there was hot water in shower in sauna facility :) Food in restaurant is another story. There is nothing but kabab and sadj despite quite long menu. Prices are higher than average. Very impolite and rude security person in facility with no reasons. Need to be trained how to talk to clients.

Преимущества отеля: чистые номера и территория. Хороший садовник. Но! Сервис ужасный! Персонал не обучен, ленивые, сразу заметно, что просто случайные сезонные работники из деревни. Еда в ресторане очень дорогая и очень уж среднего уровня. Сервис напитков в отель ужасно дорогой и некачественный. Можно сказать убожество. Работники с неохотой выполняют свои прямые обязанности и совершенно не заинтересованы вами как потенциальном клиенте. Абсолютно совковое отношение - хочешь приезжай не хочешь не надо. Открытый бассейн- нет фильтра и он почти пруд. Якобы есть лечебные ванны из оленьих пантов, но почему-то тебя отговаривают туда пойти. Очень жаль, что при таком потенциале природных данных и близости от столицы ничего интересного.

BERBAD XIDMET. Reception xidmeti olduqca pis teshkil olunub. Postele gore 8 otagin deyishilmeyine gore en az 10 defe yaxinlshmishig. Netice negotiv. Restoranda veziyyet onnan da pisidi, bowlinge adamnan vurushmaq isteyiller. Umumiyyetle orda ishleyen her hansi bir ishchinin mushteri memnuyiyyetli ile elageli her hansi tesevvuru yoxdur. Esebleri gorumag uchun sadece bele yerden uzag durmag lazimdir. Efsuslar olsun ki bele bir yeri uyfun olmayan insanlara hevale edibler.

Great potential - huge land area, established infrastructure and etc., but the hotel does not leave a pleasant impression. A major limitation is unqualified staff. This is particularly true for unskilled waiters in the restaurant. Outdoor swimming pool was out of order, but indoor one was ok. Breakfast has been a disaster.
