เราจองที่พักพร้อมอาหารเช้า พอเข้าเช็คอินที่พักบอกไม่มีอาหารเช้า(เรากดชำระเงินรวมค่าอาหาร) และเป็นการจองมี่ชำระทันที
พนักงานโรงแรมแจ่งว่า เราจองมาเป็นเรตราคาไม่รวมอาหาร (จะรู้ไหม๊ว่าราคาไม่รวมอาหารของโรงแรมคือเท่าไหร่) เรากดรวมอาหารมาและก็เรตในapp หากไม่รวมอาหารเช้ามีนถูกกว่า เราจองคือตกห้องละ600 นิดๆ
พนักงานให้เราโทรติดต่อเอง แต่ทาง trip.comก็ยืนยันว่าเราจองรวมอาหารเช้า
พนักงานบอกว่าเดี๋ยวให้คุยกับgm พอได้คุยนี่คือ (ติดลบหนักกว่าเดิมค่ะ เหวี่ยง บอกว่า รวมอาหารเช้าหมายถึง คุณมีกาแฟโอวัลติน แค้กเกอร์) ใช่เหรอ ราคารวมอาหาร (น่าขำยิ่งนัก) เราก็จัดสิ จะเสียเงินซื้ออาหารเพื่อ??? ตั้งแต่เที่ยวมาทั่วประเทศละ เพิ่งรู้ว่าการซื้ออาหารเพิ่มคือ ซื้อแค้กเกอร์จ้า (เราก็ไม่ยอมนะ) เราคือผู้เสียเปรียบ เราบอกเลยว่าทริปนี้เราซื้ออาหารเพิ่มเพราะลูกเราอยากกิน ไข่ดาวไส้กรอก ขนมปัง ที่โรงแรมตอนเช้า
สุดท้าย gm เหวี่ยงเรา และพนักงาน ต้อนรับที่ อาจจะอยากช่วยแต่ก็กลัวตกงาน บอกหนูเข้าใจพี่นะ
Gm บอกให้พนักงานต้อนรับให้อาหารเขาไป 2 คน เราบอก เราจองทั้งหมด คืนละ 2ห้อง 2คืน (นางบอกก็ให้ไปและสบัดบ๊อบหนีไปเลย) เพื่อนๆ อ่านแล้วยังไง เราผิดเหรอ ที่ทวงอาหารเช้า ที่เราจ่าย (แต่รักษาสิทธิของตัวเองเท่านั้นเอง)

- พนักงานถามว่าเราจองจากที่ไหน พอบอก trip.com ก็บอกว่าไม่มี จำผิดหรือเปล่า มีแต่ช่องทางอื่นนะไม่มีจากที่ช่องทางนี้ ทั้งๆที่ยังไม่หาเอกสารให้ละเอียด (เข้าใจว่ายุ่งมาก เนื่องจากไปเช็คอินตั้งแต่เวลา 14.00 น. ซึ่งเป็นเวลาให้เริ่มเช็คอิน แต่ไม่ควรเหวี่ยงลูกค้าขนาดนั้น) พอให้เอกสารเจอ ค่อยเปลี่ยนมาพูดดีกับลูกค้า
- ส่วนห้องพักเก่านิดหน่อย ไม่ตรงปกเท่าไหร่ เจอคราบสกปรกในห้องน้ำและมีแมลงสาบ 2 ตัว
