Very bad experience in this hotel. Very nice site, nice server, accommodation a little old but ok. All the charm of the place comes from its location on the banks of the river. Here's what happened to us: At the restaurant, we made it clear several times that we didn't want chili pepper in our dishes. But they had put roasted black peppers in my wife's dish. Believing in black beans, she unfortunately bit into them willingly. I'll let you imagine his reaction. She cried for a long time. So I made my dissatisfaction known to the waiter firmly but without aggression and in correct terms. The owner arrived at that moment. He absolutely wanted to make the dish again for my wife who, poor thing, couldn't and didn't want to swallow anything anymore. He wouldn't give up and I couldn't get out of it. He was going up in the towers, he was very agitated and in a really abnormal state. Wanting to leave it there, I decided to go to our room but he stopped me by standing in front of me with a completely crazy look. I could see the moment when the blows would start to rain. Obviously he wanted to fight. Fortunately my friend who accompanied us is of imposing size and build and we were able to reach our rooms. We left the next day before breakfast without forgetting to pay for our meal. The women were terrified and spent a night in fear of this man. This is our story. What a shame, we bring back a bad memory of a very beautiful place.
