酒店硬件設施都非常不錯，除了服務真的很差，員工培訓做的極差，很多東西第2天還要入住，也沒有添加。連浴巾乾淨的都沒有新增加。早餐是我目前吃過最差的早餐。

比較失望的體驗起初也是被這高大的門面吸引過來的，酒店有很大的院子，停車很方便，兩幢樓的酒店（金億，假日）是共享一個院子，共享一個洗衣房，洗衣房在假日這邊，共享一個早餐餐廳，早餐餐廳在金億，不太理解為什麼會有這樣的設計是為了照顧兩邊樓的客人嗎？早餐如果多走了不方便所以方便一些洗衣？洗衣走的遠了所以早餐近點？
在假日前台被告知酒店是智能酒店，可是房間內並沒有智能控制終端，窗簾，燈，空調，電視都需要手動控制，也不知道所謂的智能是什麼，回來問過前台，被前台一句話噎回來了“我們有智能機器人可以送外賣”，我謝謝你唄，你這智能真是方便了外賣小哥，方便了前廳服務員，不用送餐上來，哪方便顧客了，
真的是要啥服務都沒有，要蚊香，沒有！要換個乳膠枕，沒有！我天哪這酒店蓋這麼好乾嘛啊完全和服務不對等！
早餐走到隔壁酒店去吃，餐廳天花板還在漏水，早餐的種類少的可憐還不急普通的快捷酒店，好不容易看到一大盆哈薩克奶茶，沒找到盛放的杯子，問過服務員，拿來了紙杯！然後奶茶竟然是涼的！不太好的體驗！

環境設施都很好，在新區很安靜，去晚了晚上值班的美女還給我們房間升級了，定房耽誤了時間經理還送了飲料，在新疆有這麼好的服務態度很不錯
