Super beautiful complex surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees. Bungalows are very large and furnished in a typically Thai style. Lots of German holidaymakers and a lot of things are explained in German. If you are looking for peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage, bei dem Preis- Leistung stimmt. Die Zimmer, sowie die ges. Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einige Teile, vor allem die Pools sollten teilweise mal renoviert werden. Was stört, ist, dass keiner englisch spricht und niemand sich für irgend etwas zuständig fühlt. Hat man ein Anliegen, wird immer wieder jemand dazu geholt, der evtl. etwas mehr versteht, bis dann 5 Leute da sind, aber verstanden hat trotzdem keiner etwas. In anderen Hotels kennen wir das anders, da kommt jemand durch die Anlage und erkundigt sich bei den Gästen, ob alles ok ist. Und wenn nicht, wird das abgestellt. Hier passiert leider nichts!!!!

Wir waren 2011 zum 1. x im Mukdara. Damals gab es noch richtigen Strand und top Service. Wir haben gesehen wie der Strand immer mehr verschwunden ist und dieses Jahr haben wir erneut hier gebucht. Die Zimmer sind immer noch sehr schön aber das Frühstück hat sehr abgenommen, hier und da sollte renoviert werden. Die Massage ist eigentlich nur „streicheln“. Es tut uns leid für dieses Familienressort. Wir wollten es unterstützen da es nicht mehr viele Hotels in privaten Händen gibt. Trotz schlechtem Meerzugang ( paar Meter weiter ist der Strand aber in Ordnung) und die kleinen Mängel war es ein toller Urlaub. Für das Management würde ich empfehlen, wieder mehr auf die schönen Details zu achten, wie früher die riesigen Blumenkübel mit Seerosen, bei Durchgängen die Hecken schneiden, dass man wieder durchlaufen kann. Früher wurde jeder Gast im Restaurant mit einem freundlichen Sawadee und Lachen begrüßt. Vielleicht sollte jeder Gast auch auf seine eigene Freundlichkeit achten. Ich habe mit erschrecken festgestellt, dass den Thais nicht mehr so viel Freundlichkeit entgegengebracht wird wie früher. Es wäre schade, wenn dies immer mehr abnehmen würde.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and they offer a very good breakfast. I think the price/performance ratio is very good. The beach is acidic and the water is clean. The sun umbrellas on the beach could be a little further apart so that you are a little more separated from your neighbors. The only problem that the complex cannot fix itself is the location on a road that leads to the sea, where there are bars and restaurants. This meant that there was a bit of noise until 1:00 a.m., e.g. from motorbikes and deep bass music.

We had one of the villas. The surroundings and the garden are beautiful. Fantastic location almost directly on the sea. Private section of beach. One point deducted for the promise that reception would send our mail. However, it was never sent. And one point deducted for the cleanliness of the rooms. The hairdryer almost came out of its holder when I took it off. The breakfast buffet was OK. We were allowed to shower and spend time in one of the hotel rooms for free after checking out.
