bad experience, bad Location, hot water broke right in the Middle of shower, salt water Through sink, surroundings are so bad smelling of fish farm, also many sewage gutters around. no beach that is Actually good enough is nearby. bad towels. we had to give up our two Nights and run looking for another Resort. definitely not recommend. also found a poisonous red creature inside Bathroom

Palm Galleria Resort is the most cozy, fair price and excellent place near to the beach just have a walk for 5 minutes. All staff are friendly, rooms are nice and clean and breakfast is delicious 😍 I would like to recommend our friends and families Enjoyed Holidays

Palm Galleria and especially all of its staff is the best hotel to stay at in Thailand. It’s located close to several fantastic beaches and it’s only 15 minutes to Khaolak center. This is the third time we stayed at Palm Galleria and it will not be the last time. Everything exceeds ones wildest dream of a hotel. On top they have the most wonderful staff, extremely kind and helpful with every wish. A special thank to Prew, Tu and of cause Sam, best manager ever.

BAO - from front desk. AMAZING service and attitude to help with the (multiple) problems we encountered. Restaurant Staff - the ladies who attended, very friendly, made a connection with my son and always attentive if we needed anything. Check in - we informed that we would be arriving very late in the early morning. We arrived and waited 25min until someone from staff showed up. Even though that person was willing to help us, we waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes before they could give us our rooms. We were with 2 senior adults and a 6 year old child. Things disappeared from our rooms - a bag of candy and my son's medicine. Magically, it appeared the day we checked out, when they were not supposed to clean the room and they still did it. Duty Hotel Manager - the worst travel experience of my life when I encountered a "duty hotel manager", if you can call him that. He did not give us a solution to a single one of our problems. On several occasions we spoke to him and he ignored us. We would talk to him and he would go away. He would talk to other staff about us in Thai instead of English, as we did. 100% disrespect, zero judgment, availability to solve problems and so on. A total failure.

Мы прибыли в отель в начале ноября. Приехали ближе к 17.00, нас разместили сразу, при чем дали номера выше классом чем мы оплачивали. Отель поразил тишиной, звуками природы и каким-то "неземным" ощущением релакса. Кровати отличные, хороший большой ТВ, русскоязычных каналов нет, сантехника немного подуставшая но это не портило впечатления от номера. У нас была очень красивая , вся в цветах терраса (первый этаж). Интернет в номере работал исправно, все возникшие проблемы персонал решал моментально. Команда отеля держит уровень сервиса очень высоко . Многим средиземноморским пятеркам до него далеко)). Узнав о том что мы не едим мясо, повар нам готовил завтраки персонально, огромное за это спасибо! На завтрак выбор блюд был небольшой но менялся каждый день и все было очень вкусно!. Трансфер на пляж был очень точный, утром в 10.00 отвозили на Коконут бич и забирали в 14.00 и 16.00... Отдельное удовольствие получили от бассейна, он всегда был чистый и мы могли плавать в нем перед сном. В отеле очень приличный ресторан, цены такие же как и за территорией... Вокруг вообще мало ресторанов , понравилось очень в Zest и Seafood. Но в последнем очень жадные порции. В падтай с креветками их положили 3 штуки))... Так что можно спокойно питаться в отельном ресторане. По поводу фруктов договорились в ресторане Зест с девочками и нам все привезли правда дороже немного но это нормально. Вообще надо брать байк и будет вам счастье)). Без него и обмен денег затруднителен. Мы меняли на ночном рынке труда-обратно 400 бат... Море великолепное, теплое и чистое. Людей на пляже практически нет, всегда были свободные лежаки. Цена комплекта "лежак столик зонтик" 50 бат за день... На пляже есть душ и туалет. На пляже много разных кафе и можно найти по вкусу). В общем и целом отель великолепен для релакса, любителям тусовки здесь делать нечего). Отель можно смело рекомендовать для отдыха от суеты). Нам отдых очень понравился и персонал делал всё возможное для это. Отдельное им спасибо за это!

Отличный отель на берегу Андаманского моря. Минусы: отель не новый, есть небольшие проблемы с сантехникой, из номеров нет прямого вида на море (в этой части Као-Лака между морем и отелями небольшой лесок), в шаговой доступности нет больших магазинов. Плюсы: очень уютный тихий отель с приветливым и очень отзывчивым и старательным персоналом, прокат велосипедов (3ч. бесплатно), дикая природа прямо за окном (птички, белки, бурундуки, рыбки в искуственных водоёмах) , рядом несколько кафешек, за забором прокат байков, мини-маркет, массаж, напротив отеля всегда дежурит 1-2 такси. Вывод: если для вас 3 звезды отеля не критичны, то это идеальный вариант в этой части Као-Лака
