Everything was perfect, great location and breakfast. Clean room and great staff.

Very good service staff,comfortable rooms, fully equipped gym. Breakfast is a la carte, nothing special. The beach in front of the hotel is very beautiful, clean, able to swim.

If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t the place. Only two restaurants, one of which you have to pay for even if you’re all inclusive, that being said it is worth it. The food in the breakfast restaurant is not what we call traditional Thai, Breakfast don’t bother with the bacon it’s like rubber. Everything else is good. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are very spacious although the bed only has a topper on it so not very comfortable. Taxi’s are 200bt both ways which is good value.

beautiful location, also close to town within walking distance, very good aqua fitness classes, great beaches near by,calm water, restaurnts just ok at dinner time alot of people go out to other restaurants, many many stairs beware!!! asked to change room bad kneew but no response, front desk staff tried but if they didn't know the answer would walk away and serve someone else, beware pool turns hair and clothing green. have been aware of this for two weeks but done nothing to fix it

Have just spent 2 weeks at this fabulous hotel and did not want to leave as we were so well looked after every day. Its location on the beach is perfect, lovely beach walks either way with the Andalay Bar and wonderful massages just 5 minutes away. Plenty of sunbeds and very easy to move onto the beach, no early start needed to reserve them. The restaurant right next to the beach was just right for us as we were only B&B and breakfast offered fresh omelettes and a full range of fruit, salads, breads, cheese and meats. Our room was clean, spacious, had very comfy beds and a large fridge which was surprisingly useful. The pools are well spread out and means that guests tend to use the pool nearest to their room so it was very relaxing and quiet. The staff are very welcoming and really look after you, special mention to Whan who was incredibly kind and thoughtful when I was unwell one day. She jumped into action immediately and took great care of me. Location in relation to the town is just right as you can walk into town where there is a great range of shops and restaurants. The Bang Niang night market is a 5 minute taxi ride and it's an amazing place for shopping and eating. The National Parks are not far away and we had amazing trips seeing the most beautiful scenery. We would definitely return to this hotel if it was to remain Adult only but unfortunately they will be allowing children later in the year. The peace and relaxation in this hotel made this holiday so although we will return to Khao Lak, sadly not to this hotel.
