The hotel also thoughtfully arranged a room on the third floor, and we are very satisfied with the location, facing the grass, and there is no need to worry about the noise of the water park disturbing the lunch break. The room is spacious, the down mattress is super thick, the extra bed is also relatively comfortable, and the price is reasonable. Breakfast and extra bed for a five-year-old child only cost 450 baht. Very conscientious. Our mattress is not a little damp as some friends said before. The hotel facilities are also very complete, with several pool restaurants and bars. In the case of full rooms in the peak season, the experience is also good, lively but not crowded. The public environment reasonably separates people with and without children, so everyone gets what they want without interference. The hotel water park is very suitable for children in elementary school and below. The older children are also very happy, but it may not be complete enough compared to the pure water park environment. But as a hotel supporting facility, it is enough. There are two things that need to be improved: First, there are too many guests during the peak season, and there are not enough people to transport the luggage. I had to wait for a long time. Second, the quality of the food needs to be improved. There are many choices for breakfast and dinner, but the food quality is very average. In general, the overall design and hardware of the hotel are worth the price. By the way, if you are going to the beach in Phuket to play in the water, it is not suitable to stay at Khao Lak Beach, because the waves are very big. You can walk on the beach, but you can't go into the sea. For reference.

If the room isn't 100% perfect, it would be better to change the room for the customer and wait for repairs. The atmosphere in the hotel is okay.
