Hotels Near Baytqorgon in Kibray District

Overall a good hotel for one or two nights, but could be better. The hotel is a little away from the main road, but given the cheapness and prevalence of taxis in Uzbekistan, this is not a problem. Everything is clean, fresh, the room is too small, but the problem is different. Our reservation included breakfast, but damn it, we didn’t want to have breakfast there. Stale, stale products. In the end, we only ate a piece of bread with a cold scrambled egg from one egg. Even the fruit looked like it had been cut a day ago. There was no coffee, that's a problem. It seems to me that a simple, minimal, but good and appetizing breakfast is something that, in principle, is not so difficult to organize, and the Orion Hotel categorically failed to do so. And also, please provide normal lighting in the bathroom so that you can shave without straining your eyesight. I hope the hotel will regard this criticism as a point of growth and development of its service for guests.

The Navruz Hotel is in a great location on a side street but close to metro and a few restaurants (can recommend Siesta restaurant!). Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need including kettle, fridge, bottled water, blackout curtains, toiletries, hairdryer. Beds are large and comfortable with lovely bed linen. Bathroom of the room we stayed in was small with shower cubicle only, no bath, but was clean and modern with good water pressure. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a hard day's sightseeing and I particularly enjoyed having a cappuccino or two at breakfast. The young male receptionist (sorry I didn't get his name but he seemed to work 24/7) spoke excellent English and was helpful and efficient.

The location is good, choose a brand chain hotel, the breakfast is rich, and there is music accompaniment! Among so many five-star hotels, the first time there is live music accompaniment is on Monday! It wasn't a weekend or a holiday, so the photo was only taken for three seconds. It was too short and was not allowed to be uploaded. It's a pity.

The room was very nice, and the bed was super comfortable. It was just a little far from the city center, but it didn't matter if you took a taxi. The front desk guy and girl were very welcoming when I checked in. The only downside was that when I checked out, they said that our parents' room had used a piece of chewing gum from the refrigerator. They said that they had compared the photos before and after their stay, and that my parents were sure they didn't eat the chewing gum. We also spent 700 or 800 yuan on dinner at the hotel at our own expense, so it was impossible for them to blame him for a piece of chewing gum. Later, although the front desk asked me to leave, they still didn't seem to believe me.

The location of this hotel is fantastic and the hotel itself has a large courtyard. Exit the gate of the courtyard (car entrance), turn left and walk about 300 meters. There is a pedestrian street similar to where paintings and arts are sold during the day. There are food stalls on both sides of the road selling hot dogs, hamburgers, coffee and so on. There are also restaurants and shops. One end of the pedestrian street is Timur Square and the other end is the Opera House. The subway station is also near the pedestrian street. Turn right out of the gate, go left on the road, and walk for about 15 minutes (check the navigation). You will find Independence Square with a park next to it. After turning right out of the gate, there is a restaurant across the road, a relatively expensive one. At the hotel, the front desk staff helped us book train tickets from Samarkand to Bukhara online and printed the order to make it easier to take the train. The local phone card we bought couldn't be used because the balance was 0. A girl at the front desk saw that we couldn't find a place to recharge, so she helped us top up 1,000 soums to activate the phone card, and she didn't take our money yet, which really made us feel good. Warm and touching. There is a map at the front desk, and the staff helped us draw the attractions we wanted to visit on the map. All in all the staff helped us solve all the problems we needed. The breakfast at this hotel is fantastic. You have to swipe your room card in the hotel to use the elevator, whether going up or down, so it is very safe. The room is comfortable, and the side we stayed in made it possible to lie on the bed and watch the sunset, haha. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, where we had pilaf in the evening, was very good.
