We really liked the hotel. The location is excellent, close to the railway station and opposite the hotel to the cruise terminal. There are many restaurants, bars and shopping centers near the hotel.
Coffee, tea, milkshake 24 hours free for guests.

It was a great hotel for passing through! Breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant right in the hotel.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about with the staff and their service, the people there are all super accommodating and friendly! The room was also very clean, as was the hotel as a whole! If you like shopping, you don't have to walk far from the hotel and you're in the center!
We'd be happy to come back if the opportunity arises again!!!!

Handy Hotel as it`s only a good 5 minute walk from the (HBf) Train station. Again, friendly and helpful staff and nothing was too much of a problem, from check-in to the restaurant and bar. Food was also good as was the beer choice. Comfy bed and nice and quiet.

We were there for 4 days and I have to say it was great. Very nice staff and a great pub on the ground floor. Delicious burgers and drinks.
The rooms are small but functional. The bathroom has been renovated. It's a shame that there's no room for a closet anymore.

The staff are not particularly polite, or particularly service minded. We have certainly experienced many good places in Germany. The beds are very hard, and those bunk beds are only 160 cm long, so your children must not be particularly big. The bathroom and toilet are divided, there is no sink in the toilet so you have to go out to go in and wash your hands in the bathroom? Makes no sense. The bar was fine, the staff were ok there. Open kitchen with delicious food. Burgers etc. Really nice. The place was in a prime location, so you couldn't ask for more. Kiel is a delicious city with lots of shopping and life.

The hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to ferry terminals, main station, and city center.
The rooms appear freshly remodeled and are very clean and comfortable.
