Отличное обслуживание, приветливый персонал, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, просторные номера. Центр города, хороший вид из окна, прекрасная шумоизоляция (шума машин не слышно). Были с собачкой, никаких проблем с размещением не возникло.

I been 13 nights at the Park Inn Kiev , and after this long stay I can definitely say that was a very pleasent experience, staff is really good and very customer service minded , dining room manager absolute great , always welcoming you . Front desk people very professional and kind, special thanks to the hotel GM that was always whit a smile and on top of things even when the Hotel was fully booked . Definitely I will be back to this wonderful hotel .

Очень уютный и светлый отель! Понравился персонал на стойке рецепции и в ресторане на завтраках. Официанты приветливы и гостеприимны, всегда встречают и провожают улыбкой и наилучшими пожеланиями. Очень большое разнообразие еды на завтраках, есть из чего выбирать. Номер чистый и комфортный. Спасибо огромное за приятно проведённое время здесь. Вы лучшие!

Excellent across the board. Metro station is outside the hotel . Close to a major intersection with Bus stops. Restaurants and grocery stores near by. Very busy tourist area and can reach to almost all tourist areas .. highly recommended.. hotel breakfast is not the best and recommend LVIV croissant or Havana coffee shop across the street

Shower is not good , water spread over the toilet.
The lobby of the hotel is dirty, smell like toilet.
They do not welcome people.
