Helpful staff, fairly quiet room. There was a small fridge available. Many restaurants as well as a supermarket are within a short walk. The new train station entrance is very close also. The shelter has chairs and water available. Perfect spot for an early train departure.

Overall it is a good hotel and staff. However, front desk attendees could be more knowledgeable and could be more helpful if guests have questions or need to resolve some problems

konumu genel olarak iyi olan bir otel... uçuş saatimiz kaynaklı sabah 3 gibi otele giriş yapıp erken check-in yapmak istedik, ancak saat 6 da başaklayacağını öğrenince bekleme salonuna geçip biraz sızınca otelin güvenliği tarafından burda uyuyamazsınız şeklinde uyarildik(ne yapacaktik asker gibi hazir olda bekleyecektik o saatte(tuhaf)... ancak genel olarak otel temiz ve düzenli...lokasyon olarak her yere ulaşim açisindan avantajli...

Im IBIS Kiew Railstation ist alles anders Zum einen wird weder das Zimmer gesäubert, noch Laken oder Badetücher gewechselt Beim C/I wies mich niemand darauf hin, am nächsten Tag wies ich darauf hin, man sagte mir, es sei wegen CIVID 19, was ich seltsam fand, denn in den Tagen zuvor in Odessa war das, so wie üblich, selbstverständlich. Also sagte man mir zu, das heute zu erledigen, fragte mich, wann es denn recht wäre, tippte in den Computer und ich dachte das sei nun ok. Weit gefehlt, am Abend war das Zimmer wie ich es verlassen hatte!! Es war mir zu blöd jeden Tag wie ein Bittsteller zur Rezeption zu gehen, also lies ich es bleiben. Zum zweiten war ich in der Bar (in der Lobby) und sah Fussball, das Mädchen sah mich, grüßte und dann war ich Luft. Keine Frage ob ich etwas trinken wolle, etwas zu essen möchte. Nach 2 Stunden(!!) kam sie und schaltete einige Minuten vor Ende des Spiels am Fernseher herum!! Ich bat sie das zu lassen was sie dann immerhin auch tat Ich war immerhin 6 Tage in diesem Hotel und bin Gold Kunde bei Accor So behandelt man keine Gäste
