Lots of options on the late night menu one of the best places in Kyiv really enjoyed the swimming pool and fitness centre .

Stayed 2 nights while on business. The hotel and staff are top notch. Given the country is at war, they do a wonderful job and despite air raid warning you wouldn't know you were in a war zone. The location is perfect and central to all the city has to offer. What I liked: 1. Service was good 2. Room was comfortable with a mini fridge and kettle 3. Bed was comfortable 4. Wifi consistent 5. View from room was beautiful 6. Have their own air raid shelter designed for extended stays-- unfortunately. 7. Great breakfast What i did not like. Nothing. Everything was in order and the spirits of everyone I met was good. Would recommend and stay again.

Wir waren 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Der Service ist durchgehend mittelmäßig, von Rezeption bis Restaurant. Schließzeiten der Bars werden über Pünktlich eingehalten und man wird quasi rausgeworfen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Das Putzpersonal (trotz Trinkgeld und Corona) putzt nicht wirklich gut. Es war sehr sehr staubig (Lampen Fernseher etc.) es wird eher oberflächlich gereinigt. Sowas geht bei 5 Sternen einfach nicht. Essen und Getränke sind toll aaber teils doppelt so teuer wie in sehr guten Restaurants in Kiew. Sowie auch die Übernachtungen. Ich finde ihr solltet entweder 5 Sterne liefern für dieses Geld oder eure Preise anpassen. Sehr schade da ich jeden Monat 4 Tage dort bin.

Лучший отель 5 звёзд в Киеве. Сервис в отеле и гостеприимство сотрудников - на высшем уровне. Завтраки, номера, бассейн - очень понравилось. Спасибо огромное дежурному ночному менеджеру Валерие - отдельное спасибо за ее профессионализм. Ок сор в Киев - то только в Hyatt Regency Kiev.

Very good and confortable hotel but with a bad restaurant service. I really don't recommend the restaurant; the staff it´s from a 2 star hotel, not a five star. The rooms are wonderful, I really enjoy the stay.

The hotel facilities are first-rate. Recently redecorated rooms, excellent food (and wonderful views of city from indoor/outdoor restaurant on 8th floor), and pleasant and helpful staff all with good English. But most importantly, they were all responsible and reassuring during a visit that overlapped with several attacks on the city by Russian forces. If one's business takes one to Kyiv before the war ends, there is no better or safer place to stay,

Overall stay in the hotel was excellent, especially taking into consideration current war situation. Only small detail to be improved: TV in the room didn't want to react to wireless connection of notebook

In general the hotel is pleasant, but tv entertainment needs updating plus iphone pods connection is still from first generation apple phones
Was there in july and again in September haven’t changed the iPhone system
Basically outdated from the first generation iphones
Television cable is horrible, no English movies or Netflix
Nothing to enjoy while in bed
Staff nice, bed mattress horrible for a 5star hotel
Not even a simple pillow top mattress
Beds very uncomfortable
Needs new mattress
Charge you for a 5 star hotel which really is no more than a 3 star
