Fantastic hotel, well kept. Under renovation, but you don't even notice. Given Kyiv is still facing Russian airstrikes, the hotel has a comfortable and very safe shelter in tbe basement and staff who arrive with tea and cookies.
Location is fantastic, food is good, staff are friendly. Very worth your stay.

Booked a room with a balcony to be told 2 days before arrival (after cancelation period) that due construction, no balcony. Booked a hotel transfer from the airport only to arrive and find 2 not so clean guys with my name that wanted to bargain price and payment method. Only then discovered "hotel transfer" was nothing but a phone call to a driver... nothing more. Car was less than ideal too. No worse than previous rides from the airport, but at twice the price. Book your own service. No service at low rent breakfast. Guy shows up to see that you paid, then disappears. Had to go to the sidewalk Cafe (sort of nice) for my coffee. Good staff there. Lobby bar, sort of typical tiny thing with 3 local old guys hanging out. Not warm and fuzzy for hotel guests. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Maid service was excellent. Desk staff and wait staff excellent. Location also very good for tourism. Despite all the negatives, I might try it again after construction and without the breakfast and transfer. Why? Excellent staff.

Прекрасное расположение гостиницы, отзывчивый и внимательный персонал, качество сервиса высокое, цена соответсвует качеству, номера больгие, конечно лучше брать с видом на проспект, но при деловой поездке внитренний двор тоже ничего :)

Честно говоря, скептически отношусь к несетевым отелям, но отель "Крещатик" приятно удивил. Останавливался в нем транзитом перед заграничной поездкой. На момент моего визита в отеле проходили ремонтные работы: ремонтировался фасад, а также в был закрыт на ремонт ресторан "Авеню". В связи с этим вид на улицу Крещатик из номера был ограничен строительными лесами и закрывающим их тентом, а в качестве ресторана использовался зал для завтраков. Для меня данные неудобства не были критичными, и на общую оценку не повлияли. Выспался перед ранним выездом в аэропорт вполне хорошо. Кухня в ресторане вполне высокого уровня. Могу сказать, что номер экипирован на уровне 5 звезд: и полы с подогревом, и дорогая фурнитура, и смарт-управление освещением. Единственное, что может говорить о 4 звездах - небольшая площадь номера. Но если останавливаться на более длительное время, то я бы брал номера более высоких категорий, чем тот который был у меня, а именно "Одноместный бизнес-номер". В своем случае я остался доволен.

I booked the hotel after reading countless reviews about it and other 4 and 5 star hotels, and I could not have been happier with my decision to stay there. Over a four week stay I was made to feel like I was their only guest. The breakfast was always original and tasty, the gym equipment was second to none, and the spa was always an amazing experience! It is a beautiful hotel in a great old building, but the best part was the staff. From housekeeping to the porters to the Concierge, I could not have dreamed up a more relaxing, satisfying stay. To this day, almost a year later, I still wake up each morning wishing I was back in my room at Khreschatyk! I honestly cannot wait to return as safe as it is to do so. Thank you to everyone at Khreschatyk for making my journey so pleasant.

The hotel is not very cheap for Ukraine and almost everything was bad (and it's quite rare to say so). The wifi is quite poor, the breakfast is poor and in a meeting room (no natural light, small room). The facade is being refreshed but of course no one mentioned it before the arrival. The neighborhood is extremely noisy. Covid measures are very limited. Do not advise at all !
