Me and my friend stayed in this hotel and it was bad experience. Our paid stay was from July 17 - 22 I had an emergency situation in my home country during my stay at this hotel and agreed with the hotel on duty manager to cancel last two days and our stay to be counted from July 17 - 20 whilst the payment settled in cash for the full period till 22 July. She didn’t return the full amount and her excuse was that she didn’t have enough cash at the cash till and wanted us to come back to hotel in next day morning while we were going back to home country. Since then they don’t respond to our calls & emails and *********** calls to transfer the remaining amount !!!!

A few rockets overhead. Of course, it was expected.
Otherwise, it is a very safe neighborhood with the convenience of the supermarket next door.
Comfortable bed and decent shower.
Would've prefered that the sheets were changed more often, otherwise, it was a very good and comfortable stay.

I had a family apar**ent, and it was pretty nice. It was actually two separate rooms joined by a hallway. he elevator wasn't working, and then room was on the 5th floor. I couldn't call my heavy suitcase up, so had to leave it in the car. Very inconvenient. No on-site parking. We had to park in Novus parking lot.

The hotel is very clean and is very good choice for small family or honey moon They have mini kitchen with small refrigerator plus great bathroom It’s accessible by wheel chair or baby stroller with free WiFi and a hot breakfast included The people here are very helpful specially the front desk maksym he was so helpful for our reservation issue

Le aspettative della camera erano sicuramente molto più alte , le foto non rappresentano perfettamente la realtà . Il letto e molto comodo , il personale molto gentile , la colazione discreta . La zona molto comoda , ben collegata e con un supermercato molto vicino . Nella media , per il costo mi aspettavo qualcosa in più .
