Terrible check in. We started to look for the place, and then we got a new adress when we where half way. Check in early was not possible. And when we got there, we where met by a grumpy cleaning-lady who only spoke russian. She wanted deposit, but wouldn't give us receipt. When we asked for it, we where trethened, and got told to move out. I tried to call the manager 5 times on WhatsApp. He never picked it up the call or called back. The apar**ent is good and clean. It has a good location near from most important places in Kiev. But for special case we face some confusion in the payment so they charged me tow times. Also my checking was little late.
