Отдыхали в марте 2021 года. Отель уютный, современный .Удобное расположение , но обслуживание персонала отвратительное! Руководству отеля стоит организовать посещения « тайного покупателя» , чтоб получить обратную связь от независимых экспертов ! И увидеть реальную работу своего персонала!!!! Стоимость Номера на двоих составляла около 120 евро. ( заехали мы на неделю), а это 840 долларов за номер, а мы снимали два Номера. Завтрак включён был в номер, но с нас настойчиво «сбивали « деньги в ресторане, причём мой друг иностранец, он не владея русским языком , и не понимая , почему он должен оплатить стоимость завтрака 450 грн, если он у него включён, его убеждали в ресторане, что у него номер без завтрака, пока он не устроил скандал на Ресепшен. ( плюс ко всему, в ресторане , не смогли записать счёт за завтрак на счёт номера, и карты с собой тоже не было( ясное дело, люди с утра шли позавтракать «на легко» обслуживание в ресторане « сонное» без улыбок, еды постоянно не было, ( приходилось просить омлет, овощи и так далее). Номер могли подбирать и забыть положить туалетные принадлежности, такие как туалетная бумага)) машину стоимостью в 200 тыс евро пришлось упрашивать, чтоб нашли место на паркинге гостиницы, предложили парковаться на обочине где есть место. Одним словом осталось ужасное впечатление об обслуживании в этом отеле

The hotel is one of many in its category. Relatively new. Relatively well preserved. Quite good location. As a regular visitor of Kiev I decided to give it a try. One and the last. The look and feel from lobby to rooms is quite depressing, with heavy colour scheme and excessive use of wood veneer in a failed attempt to look premium. Staff are nice but disempowered. I checked in as VIP Gold ******* customer and did not get any of the declared benefits. The chap at reception tolerated my discontent but was not able to help as only the manager can change room allocation (and is was almost 3:00 AM so no manager in sight). I complained and got no response. Given the price is at the higher end of the range for its category, best is to stay clear unless they have the last rooms available in town.

Kiev de çeşitli otellerde evlerde defalarca kaldım ilk kez bu kadar iyi bir yerde kaldım, otelin konumu, kalitesi, restoranı, güvenliği, yardımseverliği, odaların konforu çok çok iyi. İnanın olumsuz bir şey olsa yazacağım ama yok.Otele gidince zaten dediklerimi anlayacaksınız. Misafir kalitesi çok üst seviyede. Ayrıca otelin girişinde çok kaliteli güzel bir kafe var burada vakit geçirebilirsiniz. Restoran Kiev manzaralı ve hizmet çok iyi. Oda temizliği kusursuz. Bu otelde 30 kişi kaldık ve herkes çok memnun kaldı. Bize her konuda destek olan ''ALİNA'' Hanıma çoook teşekkür ederim. Sen harika bir insansın. Artık Kiev de adresimiz City otel olacaktır. Tüm Türklere tavsiye ederim.

Top-notch. This was one of the best hotels I stayed in the last thirty years. Perfect for a tired jet-lagged traveler or for a weekend get-away. Be sure to try their restaurant.

El mejor hotel en el que me hospedado, la atención es excepcional y sus estancias son acogedoras. El restaurante no es de lo mejor pero tiene una muy buena vista. Ahora con el tema de la guerra, hay brigadas que te ayudan cuando hay ataques y te hacen sentir muy seguros.
