On June 9, 2023, I booked a two-room apartment at Saksagansky 13/42, paying the appropriate amount. The Partner Guest House's team settled me in a completely different apartment, one-room apartment, without warning me about it. Accordingly, I paid money for a better two-room apartment, but they settled me in a completely different one-room apartment, without any warning or compensation of the cost. It wouldn't matter if this apartment wasn't rented for a wedding photoshoot, that is, it was critically important for me to settle in exactly the apartment that I chose on the website. I am outraged by this disrespectful attitude towards myself as a client who has repeatedly used the services of Partner Guest House. I was not warned about the changes, I was not offered other options in advance, and I was not compensated for the inconvenience caused by such an irresponsible attitude. Because in the end I had to book a room at the Kozatsky hotel.
