Super nice and friendly staff. Beautiful hotel, from the reception, to the lounge and swimming pool area. It was all very pretty. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities you might need. The views from the room are incredible. We were very happy there. The AC was not working properly but they sent us a fan straight away and it helped. The breakfast was nice and diverse. The coffee was amazing.

Everything was good. The location is near the downtown. Rooms are spotless clean and service is hearty and warm. The breakfast at the terrace is relaxing if no wind. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel close to the Central Kigali district with easy commute into the car free zone.
Food & Drink is very reasonable price and of good quality.
Swimming pool unfortunately is in the shade from the afternoon but still a pleasant area to sit around and enjoy a sundowner.
Great Barista Coffee, steak dinner is highly recommended.
Afternoon Buffet is reasonable and has a fantastic choice of good quality foods, deserts & fruits

The room was quite spacious and clean. The owner is Chinese, and everything in the room, even the signs, were all in Chinese, which suited our domestic hotel habits. No need for an adapter, domestic charging cables worked directly.
The food tasted very average; the tofu, in particular, wasn't very fresh.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly to Chinese guests. They were helpful with calling taxis and carrying luggage, though the efficiency of the African staff wasn't as quick as what we're used to back home. Overall, it was still pretty good.

The breakfast is excellent and the receptionists are very understanding and flexible. The view of Kigali frim my room on floor 7 was amazing. My flight was delayed and they were able to extend my room time by 3hours. I will definitely come back to this place.
