The Cliffs at Princeville

We stayed here for over a week and the accommodations and staff were great. Not too far to all the places we wanted to visit and the sunset viewing from the cliffs were superb. A special shout out to the cleaning staff who kept the condo spotless.

The cliff is a beautiful resort with great views from the cliffs. The resort was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mariko. She spent a lot of time on the phone with us before our visit and help us make reservations for excursions. We rented a car and drove the island. Visited the Waimea Canyons which is worth the ride. We also went to Haena beach which you need a bus pass to get down to the beach and hiking trails. The hiking is several miles so be prepared. We just enjoyed the beach. The golf course was in perfect condition, but we did not have enough time to play.

Positives: Grounds and condo are beautiful. Pool is original and well kept. Has its own nature path. Was immaculately clean upon check in. Great amenities with tennis courts etc. With free rental of equipment. Negatives: Did cost an extra 25 dollars to park and condo fees. Parking should be minimal fee. 10 dollars max. Based on location /isolation of units, there should not be a problem with visitors parking there.

Booked this via our timeshare exchange. So glad we did! Very nice condo and grounds. Updated condo. Pictures on sight are accurate. Lots of food places close by but not on sight. Go to Hideaway’s Pizza, drive to Hanalei and eat the Bread Company. Yes, there’s no AC, but it’s been fine (even for this hot-blooded menopausal woman). The roosters are fun, and I don’t love birds! They don’t crow until after sunrise. Didn’t bother us since we’re from the Midwest and awake at 6 anyways (that’s 1:00 pm our time). Would definitely stay again!

I /we enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs The rooms were large, beds firm comfortable and the units were easy accessable .. Parking was easy but the parking fee was a little high. The gym was a bit small and didnt have enough equiptment. Our overall stay was incredable . The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definatley stay at this property in the future.

Beautiful North Kauai property and location. Very relaxing accommodations. Enjoyed watching whales in the ocean off the cliffs near our room.

Really special place facing the ocean with tennis and pickleball. The unit was very spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and had everything for the beach - towels, chairs and coolers. Nice staff. Very relaxing vacation

We have been coming to The Cliff Club for nearly 30 years. Through Storms and Hurricanes The Cliff Club has always been well maintained and very efficiently run. The beautiful setting adds to the Relaxed Mental and Physical state that one would expect to experience in Hawaii. Since the Resort is technically "owner managed" there is no Management Company messing things up. All the staff are very friendly and very efficient. Virtually all the amenities one could want, when not exploring the Island, are present. A great pool area, tennis, pickleball, basketball, putting green, shuffleboard, nature trails, barbeques, etc., etc. The Units are well maintained with scheduled building interior remodels keeping them properly impressive. They have all the kitchen appliances one needs to prepare as many or few meals as desired. Worth mentioning is the Wi-Fi system. It works well with very few outages. The location in Princeville in the North end of the Island is generally quieter than the South end. There are numerous sandy beaches along the North Island area. We look forward to returning to our island "home".
