The sanitation is very good, the environment is very good, the service is good, the facilities are OK, and the hotel will be selected again next time. You can walk to the famous San Francisco, the famous tourist attraction in Macau, which is about 10 minutes away. The family room is one big and one small and two beds. The room is relatively large. I like the position of the bay window. It is no problem to stay in the bed by the bed. Refrigerator snacks and drinks are free, and you can use the food and beverage coupons for self-service meals. You can make an appointment for self-service, otherwise there is no location. Next to the hotel is the new Yaohan companion, complete with cosmetics and valmont. The hotel is not far from the Ruins of St. Paul, the good physical advice is called a car to Mazu, all the way back to the St. Paul.

We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

Staying at the Sojourn Apartments was a wonderful experience right from the start. I was warmly welcomed, given a fabulous room on the mezzanine floor with a very comfortable bed and heavenly shower. I could stream netflix from my phone and my daughter enjoyed nespresso coffee in the morning. It was an easy 25 min walk into town or 10 minute walk up Baobap cafe, highly recommended. Thanks to the staff, you were super friendly always.

I travelled to Wellington from Brisbane, so arrived very late into the evening. it was perfect to be staying within the airport. Despite this, there was no aircraft noise that impeded the ability to rest and sleep. Fabulous hotel, even for a solo female traveler, felt very comfortable being in the bar/restaurant on my own. would not hesitate to recommend or return to stay.

We have prepared a free breakfast, we have to stay here for ten days, my daughter likes it very much, safe and hygienic. The kitchen in the restaurant can also be used free of charge. You can buy food and cook for yourself. It is a good place to take your children to travel. When I first came to check in, we took out the documents and showed them to the boss. He said cheerfully, ”No need to look, I know who you are,”. I think he may be a Chinese character with the Chinese for a long time.
