Silver Palm Spa & Resort

Pros: Beautiful hotel built with it's locality at heart. The Swahili architecture in the rooms especially is top notch. Big, clean rooms with views and balcony. Great staff, Amisi at reception and George at the restaurant were exceptional. Kilifi itself is beautiful so would visit again. P/s - if you can, please visit the spa! Cons: Food was average (buffet dinner and breakfast). These have great room for improvement.

Elias and the entire team at Silver Palm were exceptionally welcoming, caring, and friendly, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The outdoor areas are inviting, with a lovely swimming pool that adds to the charm. The hotel’s location offers a unique sense of peace and tranquility, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Stayed at Silver Palm for my birthday trip and it was the best experience. From the Swahili architecture, to the beautiful palm trees around the resort, the pool, everything screams tranquility. The staff are extremely kind, ready to assist and make the stay comfortable and memorable. A special thanks to Hamida who even organised a birthday cake for me and constantly checked in to ensure I was having a wonderful stay. She also has a beautiful and welcoming smile. Silver Palm surely is the best resort in so many ways. It met and exceeded my expectations by far. I am very grateful for my experience and I will definitely be back.

"Overall, my stay was average. The place is beautiful, with a lovely view and well-maintained facilities. Housekeeping staff was very attentive and welcoming. However, I experienced some Wi-Fi issues during my visit, and the staff seemed quite rigid with their policies, especially for a business stay. I was initially placed in a twin room, and after a move, I was more comfortable. I understand they have set policies, but a bit more flexibility would have made a big difference. If that were improved, this could be a fantastic stay

The hotel is serine and gorgeous however there’s need to upscale on the customer service particularly on interaction and response time of the restaurant and conference staff. Personally had a quite traumatic experience with one Elias from the restaurant who kept shouting at me because of a misunderstanding despite me expressing my discomfort.

Great time with my wife as we celebrated her birthday as we had the hotel to ourselves as we also went for a massage. Quiet little gem with great staff
