We had a fantastic Wedding at the Newpark Hotel. From start to finish the service we received was exceptional. Throughout the day, the food was amazing and the friendly a**osphere throughout the hotel has to be commended. Thank you :) Davina & Peter

I had a massage with Amy in the spa, and it was very good. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be coming again! From the moment i was greeted at the desk by Jack showing me around and telling me all about the place and facilities to leaving the trea**ent room it was lovely and I was well looked after I will be recommending this to everyone

I had a back neck and shoulders with Amy the spa therapist. In terms of the quality of the therapists and trea**ents, it was amazing and I had the best experience. Amy was brilliant and made me feel so comfortable as it was my first time getting a massage. It was so soothing and relaxing that I fell asleep. I highly recommend her and this spa.

I had an amazing spa trea**ent with Amy, I had a back neck and shoulder massage which I never had before and it was the best trea**ent ever. As I told Amy I had a stressful week by having this massage I felt so relieved and relaxed… from the moment I walked through the doors I felt so welcome and was greeted by Leah at the desk who made me so welcome and brought me through to my lockers .. they were all so kind and I had such a good experience I will definitely be back again and highly recommend Amy

We have been wanting to stay at Newpark for a while and it was almost what we expected. However the noise at nighttime was unbelievable. Myself and my 3 children were kept awake with other guests screaming and shouting in the hallways for over 2 hours between approx 2-4am. I spent €336 on one room with breakfast, it’s a lot but I thought it was worth every penny until we tried to sleep. We went for a break but we all came home exhausted. Such a pity. Great potential but not family friendly at nighttime. I emailed the hotel with my complaint yesterday and as of yet I have had no reply.

Perfect for the young family. Great staff- accommodating, fast and helpful. The food was lovely. In a great city too. The hotel park is just fab with the youngest coming in every day saying that day was the best ever - aged 3. The pool and leisure facilities are great and the infinity pool is a relaxing treat.

Newpark hotel made the bride,groom, our families and friends feel so welcome throughout our whole experience. From our first meeting with Siobhan, to continuing our journey with Sinead, and our last interaction with Aga, you guys always went above and beyond to make our day extra special. The advice we received in relation to different hurdles we crossed was extremely professional telling the calibre of experienced staff at the wonderful Newpark Hotel. Communication was consistent every step of the way. We also celebrated our traditional Nigerian ceremony on the same day and the staff went above and beyond the night before to ensure perfection. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you all so so much for the best customer service which in return presented us with the most incredible day. A Great service with great food and friendly helpful staff. Rooms spacious and a comfortable bed. Very close to amenities and shopping. Plenty to do in the area and city if so inclined. I didn’t get a chance to try the leisure centre but it’s on my to do list when I stay there again.
