Perfect hotel in a convenient location. This hotel gets all A's in my review. The location was perfect for walking to all attractions and within walking distance to the train. The rooms were nice and extremely clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was delivered quickly and accurately. Great place!

Have stay at the Pembroke Hotel on prior visits over the last 10 years and it still stands out as a great place to stay in Kilkenny, staff is wonderful.

Stayed here for a long weekend in April! City type Hotel, plenty of parking nice quiet room. Really nice staff. Had room service one evening which was great, nice food and a good price. Nice bar. I did think that the room was quite pricey, but it was on a par of other hotels for that weekend! Would definitely stay again. Although the only downside I would say is that it didn’t have a pool/gym or sauna. A sauna would normally be a prerequisite for me.

We chose Pembroke for its ratings (quite high) and thought the price point was reasonable. The location was fantastic. They also have (very comfortable) king beds. Many hotels don't and we just had to get used to that as we traveled throughout Ireland. Hospitality of the front deck upon check in was top notch as was whomever was responding to my emails as I changed our plans like 5 times. We got a great sleep in this bed. We weren't able to try the breakfast because it didn't fit in with our timings. I highly recommend them.

This hotel, located in the heart of Kilkenny is so accommodating, affordable and friendly. Pembroke offers parking and breakfast included in the room price. Great access to dining, shopping, sightseeing and pubs. Sharon, one of the front desk members is so incredibly helpful and friendly. Makes the other hotels look slack. Highly recommend visiting this city and staying a few days. We extended our stay a few days longer because of the hospitality.

We had a very warm welcome when we arrived and every member of staff that we met was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was really tasty as was the coffee and we had lunch before we left in the bar too. The Pembroke Hotel is a super location to base yourself for a lovely city break in Kilkenny and there is so much to explore..
