Regardless of the quality, style, environment, facilities, and services, they are all top-notch. Especially walking along the lake and swimming in the pool are pleasant enjoyment.

The estate is beautiful, the rooms luxurious, the food excellent and the service outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel and it's convenience to the town centre made it all the better.

My mom and I stayed for one night and we had dinner as well at the grill restaurant,the food and the service is amazing,The hotel on its own is just stunning and the service staff while we are staying is superb..Highly recommend and I will definitely be back very soon for a longer stay.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel in einem alten Herrenhaus. Etwas außerhalb von Kilkenny mit eigenem Park. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, gutes Frühstück. Abendessen im Grill war gut. Den Wellness-Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Ausreichend Parkplätze

Had a really nice stay in the Lyrath however would only give it a 4 star review. The food in the Grill restraunt was just average nothing special and certainly was not worth 26 euro for the burger option. Dinner was included in our stay. Alcoholic drinks are on the expensive side but to be expected I guess in a 5 star hotel. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable and couldn't fault here at all. In the leisure centre there is mosaic tiles missing in the bottom of the pool where I hurt my foot. I mentioned this to staff and one of the maintenance staff to be told they are aware of the problem but won't close the pool as it would mean it would have to be closed for the week. Somebody is going to have a serious accident here. The estate itself is very scenic and I feel you are paying for the location of the hotel rather than the facilities in the hotel.

Very very bad experience. Went for an anniversary and left extremely stressed. Paid for wine to be in room. Didn't happen for almost two hours after check-in . The two receptionist didn't care less and got defensive when I raised the issue. Over charged at dinner by manager in the grill restaurant. And just to top it all off had to be moved rooms late at night as wanted to take a bath and it wouldn't hold any water. My advice. Avoid this place. Definitely not five star at all.
