I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your establishment. Upon checking into 311 on May 24 I was immediately dismayed by the cleanliness of the room. The bedding appeared to be soiled, and despite my request for a change, I was informed by your staff that this was not possible as I did not raise the issue upon check-in. However, this was not feasible as your hotel phone was not functioning, and my attempts to reach the front desk via alternative means went unanswered. It is incredibly disheartening to encounter such a lack of cleanliness and responsiveness in what should be a reputable establishment. As a guest, I expect a certain level of hygiene and prompt assistance when issues arise. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations. I urge you to take my feedback seriously and address the shortcomings in your hotel's operations. Cleanliness and customer service are paramount in the hospitality industry, and it is crucial that you prioritize these aspects to ensure guest satisfaction. The only redeeming quality of this property is the killer view we had from our balcony. We paid extra for the 3rd floor balcony room facing the dunes/overlooking the ocean. Website and sign on door says it is 100% smoke free property, but it is not. There were cigarette buts everywhere in the corridors and I saw people (who obviously "lived" there) coming out of their rooms with lit cigarettes. We also had to vacate our balcony often due to smoke wafting up to our balcony from the balconies below us. I asked the desk staff about the smoking policy, and she laughed and said they are not a smoke free facility. If it wasn't the smoke forcing us off our balcony, it was the barking dogs in the units below us. With all the people that actually live on site, this property appears and feels to be more like an "apartment" complex than a resort destination.

I checked in by myself for the night, and being winter there wasn’t much to do but hang out in the room - luckily I wasn’t too lonely, as the multitude of scurrying roaches kept me company.

This place was awful. We had no hot water and the cockroaches were terrible. The cleaning lady there was very rude and very unhelpful. When we asked if we could get our room changed or just hot water no one contacted us back. When we asked to talk to management no one came. I will not stay here again.

It was okay. Not a bad hotel but definitely needs to be better maintained. Floors are dusty and the bathtub drain is draining water slowly.

Clean but needs updating. Location on the beach was great.

We did not stay here. One room had a very bad smell and the second one had black bugs in the refrigerator. We asked to cancel our reservations and went to another motel next to it

I found bugs in the room when I walked in and I told the front desk staff they laughed at me and would not refund the money. I have a bite on my skin from the bugs and there was people outside screaming so I got afraid and went downstairs to get in my truck and leave and I see people downstairs *************. There was an ambulance somebody overdose at this hotel. I found out later this place needs to be shut down. I’m here on vacation so this place wow

Hotel location is very convenient, access to the beach is great, room is clean and comfortable
