A huge, impersonal, soulless hotel, positive point, pleasant staff, breakfast and dinner rather good. We have not tested the swimming pool but it is large and must be pleasant.

Excellent for visiting Killarney and surrounding area. 20 minute brisk walk into town. On main road which was noisy from the balcony rooms so bear in mind if you want more peace go around the back. A relaxed and friendly hotel.

Superb Stay - they think of everything in the Gleneagle Hotel. Nothing is a hassle, everyone was so lovely to deal with and so accommodating. Staff excellent. Superb band on Saturday night. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Bit of an issue in the car park early one morning but the staff were quick to sort it. Bar food needs further improvement and inec buffet was shocking

Would be a lovely hotel if staff don't dismiss issues found and actually addressed them. Was dismissed by staff when voicing issues, nothing done just shrugged off. For the price of the rooms I would expect a clean room and working appliances. So dissapointed
