Breakfast is no longer included in your stay you must pay extra and it was not worth it. You do pay for overnight parking. It was a good hotel for a 2 night ski trip. The hotel is in a great location to Killington ski resort. It is not the cheapest one you can find in that location but it wasn’t bad.

Awful experience. When we arrived found out pool and hot tub was out of order for entire stay. Woke up in morning to find my car was broken into and my skis were stolen and my back lock on vehicle broken. I spoke with someone (Brain) at front desk to see if there was anything that can be done. They told me they would put in a claim and their insurance would cover my damages and stolen items. After a month later of being ignored and reaching out to Hiltons customer service finally manger Anne from hotel basically told me nothing could be done as this was my own fault for leaving them in the vehicle . They are not responsible for anything stolen, this is something they run into and and I would in no way be compensated not even a refund for the parking charges. The hotel charges for parking but there are no cameras and no security. I attached my conversation after calling and leaving messages for a month after my stay and finally got this response only after numerous emails to Hilton's customer service. Avoid!!!!!!

Upon arrival you will notice the lawns have ruts and tire tracks in them the outside of the building needs painted the sidewalks and curb edges are broken bricks are missing. A fence covering up air conditioners is broken off and nails are sticking up in the yard next to the parking lot. As you go inside it just feels old and run down. No room upgrades for diamond member no local shuttle service no swimming pool very small workout room the hot tub is filthy and missing several tiles. You get $15 for a $25 breakfast that's not worth $10. They have an overpriced Starbucks stand also. The bar upstairs is very weak it just needs a good updating. The drinks are a very weak pour and not well made. They do have an on-site restaurant that didn't look like anybody was using it they do have some very nice restaurants down the road from this place. Got to the room they're not that big however the bed is very comfortable. Not sure the last time the tile floor in the bathroom and entery way were properly cleaned. The coffee maker in the room had the wrong pods therefore cannot be used so you had to go downstairs and spend six bucks for a cup of coffee. Digital key system was down the computer at the front desk was down the printer was down. With a little TLC and pride in workmanship this place could be nice, beautiful views all around.

I have stayed here multiple times and I love how clean this place is. One thing that was unpleasant however was that we were given one of those rooms with a door that could open into the room next to us if we were traveling with a bigger group. This door made it literally feel like the random people next to us were in the room with us. They must’ve been drunk because they were being so loud and were throwing up which was VERY unpleasant to hear. I was also woken up by them at 5:50AM. My boyfriend was also not happy that there was a skylight in the room directly over the bed with no shade on it as this woke us up due to the sun shining in our eyes. Not the best experience. We got stuck another night because of the snow storm but decided to stay somewhere else for the night.

This used to be a great hotel. Recently was bought by Hilton and the lack of management is obvious everywhere. They have hired clueless kids that cannot get the job done. Food at the breakfast area runs out and cannot be renewed even if there are only 2 to 3 tables to manage. The area of the lounge is kept without heat, and you need your ski jacket to tolerate the cold inside the hotel common areas (bar, billiard area). They have only one person to service and clean all the hotel rooms every day. If you look under the sink, there is accumulated filth. They used to have a shuttle that facilitated the transfer to the ski area. That’s gone. The hotel is in a great location, but it’s going downhill fast

Experienced blackout, elevator breakdown, irresponsive and rude staff at the hotel. Also the hot tub uses massive amount of bleach that will ruin your swimwear. They’re always out of towel for the tub.

Front desk staff was very kind. Coffee bar attendant was slightly off putting, would love the self serve coffee instead.
