The good: location and ease on/off the highway. Recommend dinner at Top Of The Rock, a short drive from the hotel. Solid food, great views and service. The not-so-good: the cleanliness and service. We had a room with 2 queen beds. When I pulled the cover off one of the beds, the fitted sheet looked the way it does when someone had already slept in it. I was taken aback, so I inspected it closely and saw hair and other specs. I brought this up to the front desk attendant’s attention, along with the fact that the elevator and hotel floors were not clean. I was told they had been very busy. When I pointed out that we all get busy, but cleanliness is super important, I was told I could speak to the GM who would be there in the morning. Not a great impression for sure. The following morning, as we were getting ready, I heard a knock on the door and at the same time, a person was entering the room, asking “do you need anything?”. Checkout wasn’t for another hour and 15 minutes. I was in my nightie, and my dog was heading to check out the person in the room. Do not disturb sign was hanging on the door. On the way out, I again tried to communicate the issues to a friendly front desk lady, who again referred me to the GM.
