Absolutely perfect for our needs. Lovely view of the ski slopes. Spacious room with kitchen. Gas fireplace. Underground parking. Spotlessly clean. The only issue was the broken elevator which is beyond their control. Great value. We would be happy to return .

WE had a 1 bedroom suite which was quite roomy, the king bed was very comfortable, the kitchen very handy and the rooms clean but dated, and that is the only good news. Before we checked in we received an email a couple of days earlier for all check in and checkout instructions to familiarize ourselves with for all the do's and don'ts well that is all good and well for them but this place has been let go and things there do not work properly, they don't work at all or they are out of order for goodness knows how long, we also found out that you have to book a time to use the barbecue, and it can only be for your family, no other friends etc, absolutely ludicrous. The lady at reception when we checked in was lovely as was the lady in the laundry and housekeeping staff, but the rest of the staff at reception never acknowledged you when you came in, with a smile or a hello, and when you needed to ask a question, they were polite but certainly not friendly, it was if we were more a nuisance to them. I think considering all the rules they give you to follow they need to do a better job supplying all the amenities they are suppose to offer, and concentrate a lot more on customer service than having all those rules and regulations that make their jobs easier, we are the guests, and we have paid for these services and expect courtesy from the reception staff.

Great location at the bottom of the hill. Shuttle to town. Easy.

Excellent and friendly service! The parking garage was very convenient during the cold weather.

Ski-in/Ski-out was great! The hotel is old, and the hot tub is tiny. It's basically a 4 person hot tub for the entire resort.

Our stay at Trickle Creek was great as expected. As a ski in/out destination, it has all that we were looking for. A small kitchenette could have a few more essentials if cooking meals (salt, pepper, oil), but basic pots and pans etc are there for preparing food. Basic hotel coffee is provided. Bed was very good. They’re pet friendly, and made us and our Golden feel welcome!

Middle of stove plates don’t work Hot tub only one works Not enough silverware or any knives Dishwasher thumps it’s the pump that doesn’t work Poor pans can’t make pancakes Can opener is broken The hotel is nice on the outside but the inside is something to be desired. When we checked out I complained about the hot tub and how cold the pool was but you can tell they hear this everyday. For the prices they charge. A person should be able to us the hot tub at least after a day of skiing
