Booked a junior suite - after the check-in realized the photos you see on the Marriott Bonvoy site - do not match what is provided by the hotel - the abrasive and abrupt Front Desk clerk blamed that on Marriott - although the rooms are spacious - the junior suite does not come with the claw foot bathtub as pictured just a walk-in shower - there’s no chair in the bedroom as pictured - and there is no dresser or any type of storage unit with a drawer that you can use other than the closet - the clerk did offer to provide extra hangers. So plan on living out of your suitcase - we ended up using the window sill - see picture. Be aware many of the rooms are on the first floor and are fishbowls to people passing by. This hotel is off the beaten path as well. I wish I had done more research there appear to be many more charming hotels, right in the town. Having lifetime, platinum plus titanium status meant nothing here.

Good place to stay in Hudson. 10 min walk to Warren St - main shopping & restaurant area. We drove to restaurants for dinner & didn't have any trouble with street parking. Train whistles at all hours didn't bother us - kind of quirky! Rooms are small, but comfortable & clean. Breakfast was better than some of the prior reviewers said - no problem with food or service. Be aware that many restaurants & shops aren't open Mon-Wed or Ths. Good alternative for breakfast - Bob's Restaurant (10 min drive). Missed Cross St the first time. I'll blame the GPS. Plenty of parking.

I would never stay again solely because you take a chance of spending $400 for one night in a hotel to end up in a basement room with no light (which is an overwhelming portion of this hotel’s rooms).

Because it is near the railroad and industrial building there really is not view and the room of the 1st floor had trees to cover the parking lot so you really don't get any light. When we arrived we were informed that the hot water was not working although repairs were being made and when we got back after 6:30 it was on. When we got off the elevator on the 1st floor which is the bottom, stains and mess on the carpet. However, the room itself was nice. The plug on the tub did not work so I had to prop it up with a plastic spoon I had in order to let the water out. I would recommend more access to plugs on the center table between the beds. And, each bed should have its own light. The coffee area has no separate lighting so in order to see you have to turn on the bright lights which disturbs the other person. They only offered coffee, no tea unless you went upstairs. Overall, I thought the place was nice and the staff was pleasant. I think overall hotel have to start bringing the quality of what they provide in the rooms up to a better standard. It is so minimal that it is annoying. Not even stirrers or plastic spoons to stir you coffee. Only one decaf.

Very cool place. Not your typical rooms because it’s a refurbished factory space, but they did an amazing job. My room was “first floor” which was really basement at the end of building, with just a high-up window that’s ground-level on the outside. But we were traveling with our 2 dogs, so being down there was actually perfect - came & went via side door with our big pups. Great service, decent food at the restaurant. Artwork & friendliness of staff - impeccable.

This property is a basic Marriott hotel, not very clean and most annoyingly, posing as a boutique hotel when it clearly is not. Upon arrival, I reminded the front desk that I had called a few days earlier to request to check in only one hour earlier due to an overseas work meeting. Even though the hotel was more than half empty, I was denied this request and instead offered to sit in their "cafe" which is a bunch of booths with noise blaring from all sides. Their pipes were not working, no hot water so the maintenance guys were there to fix it. They decided to sit close to my table even though they could see I had headphones on and was engaged in a quiet private conversation. They proceeded to talk loudly and once they started inexplicably playing their music and I could not hear my work colleague, I gently asked them to keep it down since I was on a call with work. At that point, one of them stood up and told me to "go to my room a__hole." The added benefit of staying at this filthy dump-verbal assualt. When I reported this to the manager they offered their business lounge upstairs which was caked with dust and dirt. But at least I wasn't verbally harassed up there. Management never followed up with me regarding my complaint. And even though I emailed months earlier several times about the room, a request for a quiet location on a high floor, I was given the room next to the lobby where staff come in day and night and where my view was of a creepy parking lot.
