Excellent location and great for traveling as a family😊 A bit understaffed for such a big resort, making service a bit chaotic during peak holiday seasons but we appreciate the staff who genuinely tried to help.

A very pleasant trip. All the staff were extremely friendly, the food was excellent, and the scenery has been well preserved in its natural state. I will definitely come again and recommend it to more people.

The hotel location is great and the staffs are helpful.
But the quality of food in the restaurant are not up to the standard of a hotel. The bread served during breakfast are so hard, not fresh. And we were informed no food during lunch time, we had to walk to other hotel to have our lunch! Totally unacceptable!

The room is extremely worn out and poorly maintained. It feels neglected and far from what you would expect from a decent place to stay. Even worse, the staff allow guests to play very loud music until late at night, making it impossible to sleep or relax. The management clearly does not care about their guests’ comfort. The staff are unprofessional and completely unhelpful when problems arise. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I strongly do not recommend staying here.
