The first room we were in had three bugs that I am not sure were roaches or stink bugs. We could only be moved to another room with one bed.

First floor was very noisy from bar at night to breakfast in the morning. Room designs are odd, bathroom right in front of bed. Just an okay stay for the money spent.

The hotel was clean, fresh, and modern, but the real star was the front desk agent Patti. I used the chat feature to ask a few questions prior to check-in and received polite and helpful answers from her, and through my whole stay until the night before I checked out she was pleasant, incredibly helpful, and demonstrated exemplary service. She went above and beyond to help with an issue I was having, all while being gracious and telling me that I was not a bother at all when I apologized for taking up some of her time. I witnessed her help other guests as well, and was so impressed with how measured and courteous she was, and multi-tasking like a Boss! As someone who worked in hotel sales for over 15 years, this is the kind of employee I would promote immediately. I will absolutely stay again the next time I’m in the area for work. She’s a gem!

Spent a night while visiting the Philly area. The staff was great. The hotel was hosting a sports group so a lot of children running up and down the halls but only heard them once after 9pm.
Our room had a dirty night stand - pizza sauce and drink rings on it. The bathroom was spotless and the linens were clean.
