The room is ok, but the parking place is far away from the room, which is inconvenient, and the management is loose. Security is a problem. The most complaining thing is that the service is very poor. From the front desk, I hung up Do Not Disturb. The waiter knocked on the door rudely and said Need to clean up, knock on the door at 12 o'clock to check out, very bad experience

I loved the heated pool. I went for a birthday celebration and I loved they gave a complimentary breakfast voucher for us. The only thing I didn’t like was the guy at the front desk said they had a shuttle to take you to the mall, we already went to the mall so we wanted to go to the restaurant they said within 5miles and it was so the guy who was the shuttle bus driver looked like he didn’t want to take us and when he eventually decided he said he can take us but we would have to get a Uber/Lyft back and that was ridiculous so i ended up driving to the restaurant.

Michael Price is truly an amazing person! My daughter got hurt before nationals and couldn’t compete. Michael truly made her feel like a champ! His empathy, positivity and true care for her meant the world to her Thank you Michael for taking the time to care and be an amazing man!

This hotel is a Sheraton which apparently is becoming a Marriott. At one point it must have been a good conference hotel as it has a central location in the King of Prussia area.. Unfortunately, it is sadly lacking in cleanliness and oversight.o There is no one checking to see if the bathrooms are clean or stocked with expected amenities, e.g.shampoo. Bathroom floor was sticky. Room floor was not very well vacuumed. Rolling shade was missing the pull cord. At the front desk, there is no-one to greet you. To be fair, there are a couple of notable exceptions to the "who cares" attitude of the personnel. The van driver is pleasant and nice, though van was dirty. Breakfast staff was pleasant and food was good.

When we got to the room we noticed there was no refrigerator. After going to the front desk they had one sent up as soon as possible. Dennis brought our new refrigerator up , plugged it in ans all was good. Dennis was very professional and personable. He is an asset to the hotel. Thanks

Great comfortable room! Bed and pillows were so soft. Staff was so kind and helpful. Especially enjoyed Michael who worked in the lobby. Very charismatic and welcoming! Was here for a family weekend and it was a great experience at the hotel.

The front staff is very nice. The issue with this hotel is it's very old. The microwave downstairs was disgusting. For a Marriott, it doesn't live up to the standard and especially being at king of Prussia. Also, the water is inconsistent as far as hot and cold. My job wants us to stay here but I may elect to drive further into the city for a nicer place. If they renovate, I'd def stay here but it isn't worth the money now.
