Cute little place but can hardly call what they served "breakfast". The walls are thin, we could hear everything in the rooms around, and bed's metal frame/springs are very squeaky.

The room was not super clean. Doghair on the bed and the door was left ajar for my arrival which just felt a little odd. No television, which can be nice, but walls were thin and heard the group next door all night. The front desk was almost serve-yourself style. I was told that even though it was Saturday, there "probably wouldn't be any dinner served". and there was no breakfast, no employees in the lobby at all. Also, at a handful of times a day, the lobby was simply "closed" for a yoga session.

My wife and I were traveling to Sugarloaf during a heavy rainstorm yesterday. Power lines were down and road closures were everywhere by the time we got to New Vineyard. As it was getting dark we’re were unable to find a way to the mountain and by now there was also no way to turn back to Farmington. We stopped at the Inn, which was without power and not planning on guests, and met Sophie. She welcomed us with our dog to spend the night, along with several other travelers that were in the same boat ( could have used one ). Sophie made sure everyone had bedding, candles and anything else needed. Such a nice gesture on what was I think supposed to be a night off. Thank you so much Sophie and The Inn Winters Hill. I think the new name is Hillholm :):). Rick and Leslie.

Great place & experience, just renovated, nice lobby & relaxation areas, good bar & couch lounge. There were a couple of issues which the owner took care of right away & proactively gave us a healthy discount - problems were very well-handled, and we look forward to staying there again.

Came here for a 5 day yoga retreat and I got so much more than yoga! The rooms had everything you needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay, the yoga shala was a beautiful place to practice, learn and grow with a range of classes which were truly available for any level. The communal spaces where cosy and there was always a range of delicious teas and coffees available as well as a fire and hot tub and sauna outside. When I wasn’t in class I went on several beautiful walks down by the river , enjoyed a book in front of the fire or in the hot tub and I had two incredible treatments with the on site massage/reiki therapist (this is a must do). The staff at Santosha went out of their way to do everything possible to make everyone’s stay the best it could possibly be, no ask was too big, no request was ever an inconvenience. What a beautiful space, nourishing food, nurturing souls ! Thank you !
