Baymont by Wyndham Kingman

We have one night to stay here. Overall is disappointment! Arrived there in the late evening. The front desk lady was nice and checked in was quick. That was the best part of the stay. The room was very dated and not cleaned. We found several hairs on the sheets and bathroom. The smell was soooo disgusting like moldy in the whole room especially in the bathroom. The most disgusting part is the bath towels! Only two in the room but both of them are wet and bad smells! They were not fresh or clean. When we went back to the front desk and the lady gave us another two. But they still looked dirty! Breakfast options were very limited. The eating space was even worse. Only four tables there but over ten families came in at the same time:( waited for a long time to get a seat then kept waiting for the food refills!

The bed was AWFUL!!! It was a very uncomfortable mattress, a "taco" mattress...everyone rolls tp the middle! The floor had not been cleaned before our visit. The bathtub was filthy. Very disappointed

Gap in front door, bathroom door doesn't full close, bath towels looked like they had been used for rags (very thin and frayed) could hear neighbors, no luggage racks or kleenex. Most importantly is the shower was very slippery with no bath mat provided. I have a huge bruise on my leg from slipping. Only two bath towels provided so no extra to put in bottom of tub to prevent slipping.

Very quiet ans accesable to attractions in the area.

The ladies who checked us in were friendly and helpful room was clean and well presented great place at a great price

We checked in a little before 5pm and the room still was not ready. The floor in our room was not clean and surrounding the hotel grounds was very dirty and was easily tracked into the room.

Check in took way longer than it should have and the front desk staff member ignored my presence for a full 5-6 minutes and simply stated that they have a new system that she doesn't know how to work. There are LOTS of sketchy guests and the ones above our room did not sleep all night and kept fighting and moving the furniture around. I could feel EVERY bed spring in my bed. Did I mention the construction (renovating rooms) that started promptly at 7:00 AM? I couldn't check out fast enough!

Quick overnight stop on way from LAS to Sedona. Clean room, fantastic staff (Tracie), very good breakfast (open, stocked, and hot at 6:00). Exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend.
