Unable to have showers on the morning of the Sunday and this was reported to Reception, but fell on deaf ears and at £185 was told no reimbursement and only when you stood your ground, was told you will have to wait 30 days for any refund. £10 for the car park, paid in cash by one of our other guests and then yesterday a £100 PCN notice arrives through the door.. We are now trying to speak to someone to get it all sorted and finding that we have to travel back to Kings Lynn to sort in person, as no notes on their computer over the Hot water issues... Will not be staying here again and will venture across the road next time.
