Quick and friendly check in. Clean room and clean common areas. Quiet and cool night sleep. Only complaint was fresh fruit was a bit sad. But a nice breakfast selection with lots of toppings including fresh blueberries. Overall a very good quick stay.

Disappointed that there are no housekeeping services until after the 4th day so if you want refills of coffee, new towels, etc you have to request these.

Check in clerk was completely unhinged when I came back to the front desk to show her that the hotel staff either ignored or did not understand my need for a feather free room. I called the hotel that morning to remind them. Spoke with a very nice young man. Not disclosing his name. When I showed the clerk the tag on the pillow as proof she started yelling at me and then proceeded to cuss at me in extremely vulgar language. When I explained to her that I would need to remake my room she yell that I needed to leave the hotel and that she was going to call the police. She didn’t but she did call her manager. I asked to speak with the manager on the phone and explained what transpired. The manager said the clerk never uses profanity. We I’ll tell you she must have learned words recently and she was very comfortable using it like a pro. She screamed that she was pregnant and that I was in trouble if I caused her to deliver……not sure how I caused that. Does screaming to the top of your lungs cause a person to go into labor? Well I’m not sure I should post the recording of the incident. I really think it would embarrass her unnecessarily.
