The hotel was what you would expect- around a 5/6 on an overall a scale. Definitely comfortable and convenient. I would book again for business purposes. Maybe not for family vacation:)

One night stay so was ok but beds were too hard.

The “pillow top” bed must have meant there was a pillow on the bed. The beds should have just been a wood box they were so hard. nats were everywhere in the room. Why were they not taken care of when cleaned? Water never got hot, just warm. Not impressed and will never use quality inn again. Nothing “quality” about it.

The property was maintained and clean. The room was comfortable, coffee maker fridge. Shampoo, soap and complimentary breakfast. Tooth brush, and toothpaste available upon request.

Upgrading is needed badly. There was hair in the bathroom floor. To be a pet friendly hotel dogs are gonna bark when they hear something right? We were told they could hear ours from the first floor from the third floor which is basically impossible. We will never stay here again.
