Good value for the money. Room was clean and you couldn’t hear any noise from the Hwy even though the property was directly off the 401. Just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. There is an A&W next door to get a quick bite. Would probably stay here again on my way through.

We picked this motel because of the reviews and it takes dogs and was very reasonably priced. In a word: Dingy. Pillars outside rotting and stairway falling apart. Looks like people living below with a messy mix of old patio furniture and garbage. Room a good size and has the basics. But the carpet is disgusting and full of old stains. The beds have nice clean bedding but are very uncomfortable and you can feel your partners every move! Plus it is so noisy! Busy roads on both sides plus there are trains. Could hear a neighbours TV at 3am. We hardly slept. The homemade DIY slatted headboards have odd shelves sticking out and ours were sloping down. Things fell off. Poor lighting. The chairs at the table are ancient and sagging. Washroom was clean enough. Did not try shower. The whole place has a sad, old vibe. Will not return.

Wonderful easy location just off the 401. Staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Property was quiet and clean. We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely stay again in the coming future.

We really enjoyed our stay we stay here every time we go to Kingston I would recommend it always beds are so comfortable rooms are very clean love it there for sure very close to all attractions. Keep up the good work I give you 5 stars on everything
