Perfect boutique hotel. Elegant but authentic. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Decor is light, bright and happy. Staff very friendly and efficient. Super cool town, especially for musicians. Great concert venues and lore

We stayed at the Pearly Street Luxury King room and the room was stunning and huge. The bathroom was beautiful. We loved the property and it was so nice having the gym, sauna and massages in the building. The common space in the building was also beautiful. One con was was the building is old so the walls are thin- you can hear cars passing by and people walking up the stairs. The other building was also super nice with the bar and restaurant, very cozy. Staff was nice there were a few interactions where they needed to check with someone else before getting back to us but they were easily resolvable.

We were disappointed in our hotel. We had read great reviews and splurged on this hotel. It was old. There was not an elevator for our 3 flights of stairs. We did not have any if the charming features we had read about online The room was clean but that is the best I can say we had to park 3 blocks away. We ate the continental breakfast which was ok. I would not recommend this place as it was very expensive and not charming.

Our stay at the hotel was relaxing and the staff were super friendly. We needed to get some work done, so having access to a converted carriage house/business center was especially nice.

This hotel is an excellent option if you plan to explore the Kingston area. However, it's crucial to examine their website closely when it comes to room selection. The fine print contains all the necessary details. The hotel's buildings have been meticulously restored to maintain their charm, and the common areas and the restaurant are fantastic. Additionally, the location is unbeatable, as you'll be within walking distance of great restaurants and shops and only 20 minutes away from many outdoor activities by car.
