This place has been taken over by illegal immigrants. It is no longer a hotel. too bad it was a good location off the highway and close to Plymouth attractions.

The manager of this hotel was very helpful. We had a party of 16 and I had called and asked if we could be put in the same area. He not only put us all together, he also upgraded everyone in our group to suites. Our rooms were clean and very spacious so we were able to gather to celebrate our friend's birthdays!

My girlfriend and I have been going there for 8 months. Rooms started at 139. Then went to $189, then & 268, then $315 per night come to find out they raised their price so they could charge the government for a bunch of refugees. When we asked them about the price difference they called the police and photograph our liscence plate. The place is substandard and smells like urine. We were kind to them and they treated us disrespectful

Understaffed so no one obviously really cares or wants to be there. Rooms smell like urine, stains on towels and pillows, possible chance your bathroom won't have a shower curtain. Spend that extra bit of money and go to a Choice, Hilton, or Marriott hotel

To call this place a dump would be too kind. To begin with, it’s an old Howard Johnson’s and the emphasis is on old. The rooms have been redone and are comfortable despite the absolutely TINY bathroom, but the room I was in was extremely humid which gave it an off kind of smell. Speaking of smells, it seems pretty clear that the owners must live on site, because the hallways absolutely reek of curry. At certain times of day it’s overpowering. Luckily the smell did not permeate into the room. When I walked into the room and closed the door, there was a handwritten note on their stationary that said “Don’t lock.” This was slipped inside the plastic sheath that was supposed to house the emergency exit map, which was missing. When I inquired at the front desk, the person (I assume one of the owners) told me that someone staying in the room in the past must have put that there. It didn’t seem to occur to him why it might not be a good thing for housekeeping not to notice something like that. When I pointed out the absence of the emergency exit map, he just told me where the exits were. The place is decrepit and falling apart. In the part of the hotel I was in, there were no luggage carts, and instead shopping carts were provided. It’s not handicapped friendly and has no elevator. The plumbing makes noise. The toilet paper comes back up every time the toilet gets flushed. The 1875 watt hair dryer was so weak it took twice as long to dry my hair. Although the place is pet friendly, I was told upon check in that the pet fee would be taken in cash only. I flatly refused. If I had to pinpoint a good thing, I would say that they provided an adequate number of towels and all the outlets worked and there was a USB port in the wall that also worked. There’s also a Keurig in the room. I hate leaving a bad review, but this place suffers from a combination of what is clearly lack of interest in the guest experience and just being old. I’m frankly a little shocked that Wyndham allows it’s name to stay on the sign.

I try not to leave negative reviews but was one of the most disgusting and disappointing hotels I have stayed in. The whole place smelled like chlorine and cigarettes. The sheets on our bed had holes and stains. The toilet did not flush all the way, you had to flush it like 6-8 times to get it to work. The shower water temperature would change between scolding hot and cold and it did not drain very well. The breakfast was subpar. Not worth the money.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk worked with us on early check in and even upgraded our room free. On the go breakfast are the wrong words to use. they had a great selection for breakfast . Nothing was to much trouble for them . Room had fridge, coffee maker, and microwave . Will definitely stay again.

The perfect area to hop on and get to The Cape in 20ish minutes but hotel is in need of more attention- they’re trying but things are kinda 1/2 done. Accessible room was large, some new features but most are dated - can lights over the bed , no lamps - no lamps in living area and can light in shower was falling from the ceiling. Shower doors leaked water all over bathroom floor and counter space was limited and really dated …. On first impressions the lobby is an old HoJo’s which needs desperate replacing. Didn’t use the pool or exercise area - grabbed breakfast once. It was fine for an overnight but 3 nights was a bit much in those conditions. Keep working on it and it will be a great spot - we tried to see the positives and appreciated not having to pay a ton during the summer to see some of the Cape
