Customer service was friendly and professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean but the floor and carpet was not swept or vacuumed, sheets and blankets smelled like crap but looked cleaned. Restaurant was great for breakfast which was a mixed of Jamaican and American style breakfast. I did not take advantage of the pool or the gym so I can’t give a rating but overall it was a pleasure hotel. I would book this hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable. I am a picky eater but breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again

Just spent a memorable weekend at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel where my friends got married. From check in to check out, the staff were welcoming and professional. The ceremony was held in the morning in the garden under the beautiful trees and the reception/party was held in the afternoon at the “Talk of the Town” on the 17th Floor. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. Kudos to Jerome in the Royal Club who made sure our breakfast needs were met with a smile; and to Winnifred, the housekeeper on the 16th floor who was so helpful. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Stayed at the Pegasus for a friend’s wedding. Front desk staff was professional and accommodating of our requests above and beyond the norms. Rooms and meals were great. Food at the wedding was outstanding!! Highly recommend and would definitely return.

I have to say a big Thank you, to my sales rep who ensured that everything was put together in a timely manner and that all my requests are executed effortlessly. She was very pleasant and met my every needs. We had everything to our liking at the meeting and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Marcia and Josephine from banqueting. The internet was a little unstable but we made due. Once again I must commend the staff on their customer service and even the gentlemen that controlled the av equipment. Appreciate it.

At first my short business stay was pleasant until I called from the airport after checking out to report that I forgot my AirPods in my room. Their staff confirmed them found and they asked that I sent an email authorizing my bearer to collect same. The local organization and myself sent 3 emails in total. Never once did Pegasus reply to those emails and when the bearer showed up to collect the AirPods, they gave all kinds of stories and said they would get back to her. No one did. I’m so disappointed in this poor professionalism and the dishonesty. That will definitely be my last stay at this hotel!
