Customer service was friendly and professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean but the floor and carpet was not swept or vacuumed, sheets and blankets smelled like crap but looked cleaned. Restaurant was great for breakfast which was a mixed of Jamaican and American style breakfast. I did not take advantage of the pool or the gym so I can’t give a rating but overall it was a pleasure hotel. I would book this hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable. I am a picky eater but breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again

Awesome stay great food and service and the hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained.i stayed on the 5th floor only downside the rooms are outdated.But otherwise would stay here again.

The Jamaica Pegasus is my home away from home. It continues to deliver exceptionally high customer service in all respects and throughout all entities within the hotel. This morning, Thursday, 30th May, I had a great experience at Breakfast and this was the result of exceptionally high customer service from Jody-Ann. Her cordial welcome, personal greeting and infectious smile coupled with her intuitive nature enhanced my morning and made breakfast a delightfully enriching experience. It is such a delightful experience when your waitress understands your needs. Believe me when I say, there is no hotel in Kingston, Jamaica like the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. The Pegasus is an excellent hotel for Kingston vacation or business trip. The food is excellent, however there needs to be a little more variety in the food menu. Staff is professional and easy to talk to.
